About us

We, OTSUMAMI-LAND ("OTSUMAMI-LAND") sushi-maker.de, Owner: Mathias Pöhlsen, Am Stadtwald 4, D-91555 Feuchtwangen, Germany, are a supplier of quality products for Japanese food lovers.

Applicability

These AGB govern all contracts between the customer and OTSUMAMI-LAND about sales or other services ordered either (a) on-line, (b) by fax or (c) by mail.

Start of Contractual Relationship

A contractuial relationship between OTSUMAMI-LAND and the customer commences, as soon as we (a) send out an order confirmation by e-Mail, (b) recieve the customer's order by fax, or (c) receive the customer's order by mail.

Prices, Payment Terms and Shipping Conditions

All prices listed on our web site indicate EUR ("Euro") and include the applicable German VAT ("Mehrwertsteuer"). Prices may be changed at our sole discretion.

Orders can be paid by Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) as well as commonly accepted credit cards. We will charge a fee of 5.50 EUR on C.O.D. orders.

We give a discount of 2 EUR on orders with a total amount (excluding freight costs) of more than 50 EUR. We give a discount of 6.50 EUR on orders with a total amount (excluding freight costs) of more than 100 EUR.

We ship to all countries of the European Union as well as to Switzerland. For your added security and reliability we ship every parcel as a Business-Paket deploying the Deutschen Post AG. During shipment to the shipping address, we fully bear the risk of loss and/or damage of the parcel.

In general, we ship every order the next working day that follows the order. If, for any reason, the shipment is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Upon receiving of your order, please look immediately for any visible damages of the parcel. Please note any damages on the invoice which is within the parcel and let the carrier sign that note.
Though we ship every order with a maximum level of care, we cannot fully exclude own errors. Therefore, please check your shipment for completeness or any other deficiancy. Please direct any complaints immediately to us, either by e-Mail, fax or postal mail. We replace any articles, that were shipped to you by error, as long as it is in it's original condition and wrapping.

You may send back any non food article within 14 days from the delivery. Please make sure, that you send us the articles intact and in their original condition. Also, postal fees for shipments to us must be paid in advance. If the total value of the articles sent back to us exceeds more that 40 EUR, we will refund you the fees for the shipment. However, we will limit that refund to the corresponding tariff for regular parcels of the Deutsche Post AG.

Data Protection and Information Safety

We have to store and process information about you to fulfill your order. As a customer oriented company, the protection of your personal data merits our highest priority. We guarantee that we will not hand over any of your personal information to third parties, unless we have your consent.

Applicable Law

German Law is applicable.

Dispute Resolution

Legal disputes in business to business trades shall be resolved in Lörrach, if not stipulated by other legislation.
